Supporting the Lamberts

Littleton, CO

W
Story

We are all grieving the unimaginable loss of Aidan Lambert. As the family navigates these early days, the outpouring of love from our community has been a source of true comfort to Jeff, Liz, and Evan. To help the Lamberts focus entirely on one another and their healing, I have set up this page to serve as a central hub for our community’s support. We want to ensure that as they manage the many details ahead, they are supported by meals, errands, and tangible help as requested. The family has shared the following message: "This is hard. We lost our son, Aidan on Sunday night. He and a dear friend were riding their motorcycles up into the foothills on Hwy. 285 to go see the sunset. We are relieved no one else was physically injured. Jeff, Evan and I are just beginning to grasp how broad our support circle extends and are so grateful for our friends, family, neighbors and church and work communities who are surrounding us with love in these first, awful days and beyond. There is much to sort out and I want to take charge and line up every detail in short order but I am doing my best to heed gentle reminders to slow down. We will share information about a memorial service when we are able. We know there are many who were close to Aidan who are also in pain right now and ask that you keep all of us in your thoughts and prayers." How to Help I will be helping the family coordinate the items listed on this page. If you have any questions about a specific meal drop-off, errand, or gift card contribution, please reach out to me directly rather than contacting the family, so they can continue to have the space they need. Thank you for wrapping your love around the Lamberts during this time.
