On the evening of Friday, July 17, 2026, my dear friends Reyna Gomarko and Ben Streeter experienced an unimaginable tragedy when a devastating apartment fire in St. Louis Park destroyed their home. They escaped with only the clothes on their backs, losing everything they had worked so hard to build together. The greatest heartbreak of all was the loss of their two beloved fur babies, Nala and Ripley, who were truly cherished members of their family. Reyna, the Front of House Manager at COV in Wayzata, and Ben, a Field Engineer with Enclave Companies, are two of the kindest, most compassionate people you’ll ever meet. They are always the first to lend a helping hand, and now they need ours. With their wedding planned for February 2027, this should be a time filled with excitement and joy as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their lives.
