Guy recently became critically ill with a rare condition that required many days of hospitalization. After receiving intensive care and an experimental treatment, he has thankfully improved enough to return home. However, his recovery will be isolating and it will be at least several more weeks till he's fully back on his feet. During this time, his husband Dan, an RN working full-time, will also be serving as Guy’s primary caregiver. Between supporting Guy’s recovery at home and maintaining a demanding job, day-to-day tasks like preparing meals will be a challenge. This page is a way for friends and community to help ease that burden by supporting them with food. Contributions can be used for meal deliveries, groceries, or gift cards for services like DoorDash or Uber Eats—whatever makes things a little easier as Guy continues to heal.
