Our hearts are with Ms. Karen, one of our infant teachers. She recently received the heartbreaking news that her mother in Alabama has stage four cancer and has been placed on hospice care. As an only child, Ms. Karen has taken an unpaid leave of absence so she can be by her mother’s side during this incredibly difficult time. Ms. Karen has given so much love and care to the babies and families in our school, and now it is our turn to surround her with support. Ms. Ayana, has set up a meal train so Ms. Karen can receive meals while she is in Alabama caring for her mom. If you would like to participate or learn more, please speak with Ms. Ayana.
