It has been a long week and blessed week. It started the day before Thanksgiving where an ultra sound and blood pressure check sent Nicole and I to the hospital. We spent the next two days in a holding pattern wondering what would happen when finally, on Friday, we were told little Rene Artemis was coming a few weeks early. At 35 weeks and four days, Rene Artemis was born at 2:58 am on Sunday November 28th. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday were mostly spent with mom healing and trips back and forth to the Nicu. Fast forward to now. Nicole and I are home, driving to and from the hospital to see little Rene. He is doing great. He is a grower and a feeder and just needs to learn how to eat. With all of that said over the past week many of you have reached out and asked how you can help support us. Your kind words, prayers, and love have been so wonderful and if you wanted to help more please consider signing up for a meal or selecting one of the gift card options from the wish list. Because while René may not know how to eat yet his mom and dad need to. Thank you for all of your help. Love Alec, Nicole, and Rene
We do not eat red meats or pork.
