Life has a way of throwing curveballs when you least expect it, and for Daniel McKenzie, that curveball comes in the form of shoulder surgery. Daniel is having a 3-part shoulder surgery on November 17th, 2025. Bicep tendinosis is being addressed, a cartilage repair, and a labrum repair will be performed. Between work, daily responsibilities, and keeping life running smoothly, asking for help isn’t something we’re used to—or comfortable with. But the truth is, this surgery will require more hands, more support, and more kindness than we can manage on our own. From meals to rides, to just having someone around to share a smile, we know we’ll need help—and we’re grateful for anyone who can lend a hand. While it’s hard to admit that we can’t do it all ourselves, we also know that leaning on our community during this time will make the road to recovery smoother, lighter, and full of the warmth of friends and family. We truly appreciate any support, no matter how big or small—it means the world to us as Daniel focuses on healing.
Prefer Meat and Veggie based meals, lower carb options, but open to anything. Doordash gift cards works too. Thank you! Feel free to just plan a time to come and visit also. He has a long road of recovery ahead.
