My name is Veronica Torres. I am a United States Veteran and a Breast Cancer Survivor. At the age of 34 i was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcimona Stage 2. I had Chemotherapy and 13 surgeries to date, including a Mastectomy, Reconstruction with Bilateral Implants and a Full Hysterectomy. Its been 11 years since my battle began and I am happy to announce that I have finally crossed the finish line to this awful journey. And now that I have started my life anew, I do not know where to begin. Getting back on my feet has been hard. Which has lead me to here.
