As Jeff Hill goes through this process, we’re trying to find help and reach out for prayers. We have been told that he needs a heart transplant. we woke up this morning to him in pain rushed him to the hospital and we’re told that he needs the heart transplant, and that all of his vessels to his heart are blocked. please keep him in your prayers and help if possible.
