Meals and Support for Emily Kellogg

Charlotte, NC

Story

If you know Emily, you know she’s the kind of person who lights up every room—with her determination, her smile, and her endlessly optimistic spirit. A New Jersey native who made her way south for college at Clemson, Emily met her husband there, and together they’ve built a beautiful life full of grit, love, and the kind of joy you can feel just by being around them. After honeymooning in Greece, Emily and her husband eventually settled in Charlotte when he was placed there for medical residency. The very day he got the news, Emily went home and started building a plan. By Monday, she had pitched a full business proposal to Made 2 Move, advocating to open a clinic in Charlotte—and she made it happen. That’s who Emily is: driven, visionary, and absolutely unstoppable. She’s poured herself into helping others heal, and now it’s our turn to support her. Emily was recently diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer. Even in the face of this unthinkable news, she’s approached every day with unwavering positivity, grace, and a sense of humor that continues to lift everyone around her. She is truly a light in this world. She and her husband share life with their sweet pup, Cooper, and are surrounded by a loving family, who are stepping in as she begins chemotherapy. Emily is a matcha enthusiast, a Charleston-at-heart kind of girl, and one of the most loyal, strong, and radiant people you could ever meet. How You Can Help: While Emily focuses on her healing, we’re rallying to offer meals, support, and encouragement. Whether you’re local to Charlotte or showing love from afar, this is a way to be part of her journey and remind her that she’s not walking this road alone.

Special Notes

Emily is a pescatarian, please be mindful when choosing meals :)
