Hi, I am writing this without AI because I want it to come from me. My husband was accused of a crime that he did not commit, and was sentenced to 52 months in prison. I have spent every last dime we had saved on a lawyer that failed to even try to get my husband out of trouble. I gave the $11,000 cash and my electric bike and he told me we call him too much. After my husband was sentenced I proceeded to work and support him 100% by making sure he always had food and minutes on the phone to call. This has completely drained me. Now days I’m barely scraping by to get to the following week with my paycheck. My hours have been cut and I have no reserve. My husband is finally being released on Nov 3rd but we are starting with nothing. He has a job lined up and we are going to build from the bottom a car detailing business. I feel awful asking for help but I want to get him started in the right direction as he feels he was punished for no reason for being Hispanic.
