For the past several months, I’ve been searching for answers as my health continued to decline. What started as dizziness and migraines slowly became balance problems, hearing changes, facial numbness, vision issues, and symptoms that began affecting my everyday life. After countless appointments, tests, and referrals, I was finally seen by specialists at UCLA. There, I learned that I have a tumor that requires surgery. While we’re grateful to finally have answers and a plan, it’s been an emotional and overwhelming journey for our family. In the coming weeks, we’ll be traveling away from home for surgery and recovery, navigating the unknown one day at a time. Throughout this experience, we’ve been reminded how important community is. Being away from home during such a significant time comes with its own challenges, and any support that helps lighten the load while we’re out of town means more than we can express. Thank you for following along on our journey, for your prayers, encouragement, and for standing beside our family during this season. We are hopeful for what’s ahead and look forward to sharing updates as we continue this journey.
