Our dear friend, Jessie, is officially moved in with her Mom, Penny. Penny was diagnosed with ALS last year. Her family has been tackling this storm of a disease day by day. Penny’s physical and mental abilities are regressing and her daughters have bound together to become caretakers. Jess had to move in much quicker than anticipated given the progression of disease. Penny cannot eat solid foods, but struggles to abide by this. I’ve started this meal train to help ensure Jess can eat without worrying about what could go wrong if she were to cook at home.
