I have started this page because my family and I are going through a very rough time. My sister and I have joined together to raise our children and have both been in recovery from substance use disorder since April 15, 2022. We have been doing nothing but trying to rebuild ourselves in this time. Unfortunately we made a move from where we were living back to our hometown to be closer to our parents and support system. The home we were living in got condemned. We were staying with a family friend but recently we have became homeless. My parents are allowing us and our 4 children to stay with them but there is not much room here. My sister is on disability and can not work. I have no transportation right now and am having a difficult time finding work because of the constant struggle of trying to get a ride. I am utilizing all the resources I can and through all the trials and tribulations I have stayed strong in my recovery and have not given up. We just need a hand up whatever we can to help us get us back on our feet. We need a vehicle and a home. i am doing the best I can but it is mentally draining. any prayers or kind words appreciated. thank you
