Hayley was a bright shining light in the lives of everyone who knew her. Her kindness, compassion, and joyful spirit touched so many, and her loss is felt deeply by her family and friends. Hayley always put others first, never wanting to burden anyone with her own struggles. Her honest joy and pure magic made every moment brighter. She took on everyone else’s pain and problems while pushing her own aside to make room for others to heal. She loved bigger than most - and because of that, her absence has left an abysmal hole in our lives and hearts. This fundraiser is dedicated to supporting Hayley's immediate family as they navigate the challenging road ahead. We have set up this meal train to help take some of the stress off of her family at this time. Please feel free to sign up to bring a home-cooked meal, order them delivery, bring them groceries, or send them a DoorDash or Visa gift card so they can take care of their immediate needs and at least don't have to worry about feeding themselves during this unimaginably hard time. Not having to worry about what their next meal is and where it is coming from will give them just a little bit of space to grieve and process what life looks like moving forward without Hayley. ** Please note that frozen meals or meals that can be reheated are very much welcome as well, and may help to ensure that nothing goes to waste. This will allow for the family to choose when to reheat or eat the food. Please make sure to bring the food in containers that don't need to be returned. ** Thank you.
Feel free to leave the meals on the front porch to allow the family their time to grieve. A polite door knock or ring will notify them that there is a meal for them. If you are close with the family, Hayley's family would welcome visitors at this time and would love to hear any of your beautiful stories about Hayley and just share your love for her. Please respect their privacy at this time and refrain from asking any probing questions, as they are still processing the loss of their daughter, sister, and aunt. Hayley's dad, Russell, mom Debbie, sister Corinne, and her two nieces (ages 11 and 2) live in the home, so please make sure your meal will feed 5. The family is not picky but prefers not to have fast food if possible. A few of their favorite takeout options: Saffron Valley, Skewered Thai (or any Thai), Fat Fish, The Mandarin, ramen, and/or any soup/salad/sandwich place. The family also drinks coffee and tea. The girls are easy and love anything, but are also fine with something easy like chicken nuggets or burgers. If you prefer to send them money for food instead of delivery, you can get them a Visa gift card, a DoorDash gift card, or Venmo Corinne directly @corinnehalll (with 3 "L's" at the end)
