James’s Journey to Junior Gold!

Winter Park, FL

Story

We are super excited to share that James has qualified for the prestigious 2026 USBC Junior Gold Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this July! Qualifying for this invite-only national tournament is a major accomplishment. It brings together the top youth bowlers from across the country. Attending this week-long event will give James invaluable experience and elite exposure as he continues to push his athletic talent to the highest levels. James stepped into competitive bowling just three years ago, and his progress has been explosive. Just over a year ago, he aggressively stepped up his game by joining a Junior Gold league and tackling challenging Sport Shot lane patterns. He enjoys the mental challenges of bowling, viewing complex oil layouts as strategic puzzles to solve. Qualifying for Junior Gold represents his resilience and problem-solving skills on the lanes, proving his ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt to any challenge thrown his way. Why We Need Your Help: Competing on a national stage is an incredible opportunity, but it comes with significant expenses. Because this marathon event takes place over eight days across multiple bowling centers in Minneapolis, the combined costs of flights, ground transportation, equipment adjustments, and more than a week of hotel lodging and meals add up quickly. We are reaching out to friends, family, and anyone who believes in supporting young athletes chasing their dreams. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes it possible for James to participate without worrying about the financial burden, allowing him to focus 100% on his game, represent his community with pride, and enjoy this experience to the fullest! James has shown incredible resilience and heart to get this far, and your support would mean the world to him.
