I am FINALLY getting a new knee!!! As I navigate my new body part, I'll need some help with a few everyday tasks. As I do have the most amazing family, friends and support system, there are a few holes to fill! My biggest need is meal prep for at least the first week to 10 days post op, specifically dinner during the work/school week and additionally lunch on the weekends. This being my fourth, and final ( please God) surgery, I have to do this recovery like a champ! If you would like to and are able help in anyway, know you are blessing myself and my family immensely!
Allergies..... Absolutely NO strawberries. -Cows milk. -Almonds/pecans. -Seafood, specifically Shrimp. -No overly spicy foos.
