Coming from North Carolina after putting my mother in a home for dementia I was headed back to San Diego where I’ve been living since 2021. I had an automobile accident on Highway 20. I did not have insurance. My car is in the tow yard. I’m homeless walking the streets of Alabama pennyless Tuscaloosa, Alabama and I have no way to get my car fixed. I have no way to get home. I don’t have any family now and I don’t have any support and I’m terrified. I just my car is also my home. It’s a big SUV. It’s my home. Everything I own is in it.
