Hello my name is Dolly Dixon and I've recently lost my daughter to murder in 2023. Grieving alone has been the toughest thing I've ever had to go through. Losing my child is a nightmare I'll never wake up from. Everyday is a struggle, it has effected what I do, where I work and how I eat. This is my trauma the use of a kitchen knife is something I haven't been able to do since her life was taken from us. As a server it was difficult for me to get around having to see or touch a knife, so I lost my job . With that came an eviction notice and not having support has been very hard on me. I don't have family or friends to help me out so I started this fundraiser In hopes that someone opens their heart and helps me with my struggles. Not asking for a permanent handout just a stepping stone to help me get back to finishing my college courses as a paralegal and getting back to work having a different profession.
