Road to Recovery was created to support the Eckles family as Takara undergoes multiple surgeries over the next 6-12 months. These surgeries will include an abdominal procedure and back to back joint replacements.
Things to note: Family eats a Pescatarian Diet (with the exception of eggs) Takara Is the Bubba Gump of eggs!! 🤭Will take them scrambled, boiled, poached, as an omelette, egg fu young, sunny side, right side, left side 😂. You get the point!!! Loves organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
