Our friend Cynthia Beck, recently had a Hip Replacement surgery. The surgery was successful and she is home feeling pretty good. During her recovery, St. Florence 'Helping Hands Ministry' would like to extend support by providing meals, for her and her husband.
Cynthia said that her and her husband eat pretty heathy, with lots of fruit & veggies! Small meals.
