Melina and Cody took Emmett to the ER on Wednesday 10/9 thinking he was constipated with a possible blockage. This has turned into an ordeal with him having days where he is inconsolable, and days where he is a little better. Teams cleared his system but the discomfort persisted. Emmett has had X-rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds, an MRI, and a scope. Docs have some ideas they are trying, but total relief has not come. Palliative Care has suggested calling upon their village to offer support and respite so they can maintain their mental well being.
