Tammy Simmons was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer in December 2025, which metastasized to her right lymph nodes. Tammy is being treated at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where she will go at least every three (3) weeks for chemotherapy for 2-3 days at a time, for six (6) rounds, along with any other times the doctors need her there. After chemotherapy, Tammy will have surgery and then radiation. Tammy and Cuy are raising their 7 year-old nephew, Jesse. Their daughter, Maggie, and her fiance, Leland, along with his daughter, live with Tammy and Cuy and will be a great help during this time of Tammy's treatment. Caitlin, Tammy's oldest daughter, lives close-by and is a great help with Jesse, as well as other times when she is needed. Tammy has ALWAYS been there for others...now it's time for us to gather around Tammy and make things a little lighter during her time of treatment.
