In April this year while on our family vacation in PCB, Justin made a quick trip to the ER. They found a tumor on his kidney that needed to be addressed when he returned home. In May Justin was diagnosed with Stage 2 clear cell renal carcinoma a type of kidney cancer. He is scheduled for surgery to have the tumor and partial kidney removed on July 8th. Many people have reached out asking how they can help. So we are here to setup a meal train for Justin, Sami, and the kids. The last few months have been stressful for Justin and Sami waiting for appointments, answers, and a game plan. Anyone who has been through this knows the waiting can be the hardest part. Justin works hard to provide for his family which allows Sami to stay at home with Harper, Memphis, and Zelda. Justin is expected to be off work recovering for at least 3 months.
