I started this page because I suffered in income loss in november. I got unemployment to help me through, but i'm lacking transportation and my only source of transportation is Uber. The financial strain is getting worse and I'm out of money and that is making job hunting very complicated. I have to save the already limited income for Uber's so that I can work 2 weeks until I get a paycheck and I am not getting interviews. I started a job at a daycare, and the daycare staff were doing things that caused me to have to make a mandated report for the safety of the children and my hours were cut down because I didn't want to work with stuff that I reported. And I could not return there to work because I had already invested 300.00 dollars in Ubers on a schedule and lost the schedule that I had. Uber does not offer refunds and I could not adjust the times Uber could pick me up. I was also offered 10 hours a week, which isn't enough to pay bills with and Uber.When the uber is $40 a day. So I lost all the money I invested in the new job being force to resign was very difficult for me because I am mandated to report any type of risk to a child.
