Shelbi will be having surgery March 23rd due to high risk of cancer that was found on a nodule on her thyroid. She will be having total thyroidectomy and will have a 6 week recovery period. With 3 young children recovery will be somewhat difficult but with some help from friends and family we can make meals a little easier for them.
No allergies to food but case does not eat bread. For the most part they are not picky. Shelbi won't be able to eat much other then soft food for a few days, so a gift of iced coffee, milkshake, smoothie or a slushy would be greatly appreciated.
