If you are taking her to dialysis, please be on time. It is not far from her house, but it does take some time to get there. It is OK to schedule to take her and someone else schedule to pick her up to bring her back to her home. If you wish to provide transportation both ways, please click on the "I'll Help" button for both ways for that day. You may wish to call her to assure her you are going to provide transportation that day. When you arrive to pick up Susan at DaVita, call them at 800-424-6589 and let them you are picking up Susan Parker. They will bring her out to your car when she is finished with her dialysis appointment.
