Meals for Ashley & Tyler Gray

Story

Ashley’s Recovery Meal Train Ashley recently had oral surgery in Lexington and is officially down for the count. She underwent a gum graft procedure to repair gum recession, which included taking tissue from the roof of her mouth and placing it on one of her bottom tooth. Recovery from this type of procedure is no small thing. The next two weeks are going to be challenging as she rests, heals, and manages discomfort. She is limited in what she can eat, will be sleeping quite a bit, and simply won’t have the strength to help Tyler with dinners for him and the girls. As a community, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus for their family right now. Providing a meal for Tyler and the girls would be such a blessing and would allow Ashley to focus fully on healing. Gift cards for easy pickup meals are also greatly appreciated. Most of all, we ask for your prayers over Ashley’s recovery, for peace, quick healing, and strength for their entire family during these next couple of weeks. Thank you for loving on them in such a practical and faith-filled way. Every meal, prayer, and act of kindness truly matters. 💛

Special Notes

Ashley is limited to very soft foods while she heals from her gum graft procedure. If you would like to include something for her, please choose items that are soft, cool or room temperature, and easy to swallow. Great options include mashed potatoes, yogurt, applesauce, scrambled eggs, soft pasta, protein shakes, smoothies (no seeds), pudding, or lukewarm soups. Please avoid crunchy, spicy, acidic, or very hot foods. No chips, nuts, rice, or anything with seeds. Thank you for helping make recovery a little easier for her while she rests and heals. 💛
