Last month, Ron Drozd earned his 1st Degree Black Belt at KC’s…a goal that took years of hard work, consistency, and perseverance. ❤️🥋 This week, Ron was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident when a car turned in front of him. While we are incredibly grateful his injuries were not life threatening, he is facing a long recovery ahead, including injuries to both arms, his jaw and his back that will keep him out of work for some time. Ron is a lead cook at a restaurant, and this accident will place a significant strain on their household as Sarina (also a KC’s black belt) will likely be the primary source of income for their family while he heals. We would love to rally around them as a community and help ease some of the burden during this season. To keep things simple and most useful for their family during this time, we are primarily requesting contributions toward their Give InKind Care Card balance as well as Visa gift cards, which will allow them the flexibility to use support where it is needed most throughout Ron’s recovery. KC’s and the Might for Right Boosters have already taken care of their training obligations for the time being so they can focus fully on recovery and family. If you are able to give, thank you. If not, your prayers, encouragement, and support still mean so much. ❤️ Please help us remind the Drozds that they are not walking through this alone.
