Heather is getting a major surgery done soon to begin to address her ongoing complications from Stage four endometriosis and will be recovering for several weeks. We started this page to keep everyone updated and informed on how they can help if they so wish. Surgery is scheduled for some time on June 19th. Right now the first week is up in the air, we won't know if Heather is staying in the hospital at all to know when she might be headed home from PA. It will be about a week before she is home anyway as she is staying with her parents a few days of her recovery.
Food allergies: None, but aversion to anything super spicy and for the first few weeks things that are more gentle on the stomach. Please ask before visiting. Heather will be unreachable by phone for the first week, please text or call Rye with any emergencies. General updates will be posted here or on Facebook. Please do not bombard Rye with phone calls and texts.
