Hello! Kim underwent a procedure at the beginning of December, returned home for one day, and was then readmitted to the hospital due to a collapsed lung. After being discharged, she had to undergo another follow-up surgery because of an infection. Bill suffered a stroke in March, had a carotid artery clean-out at the end of October, and was scheduled to have the other carotid artery addressed on January 6. At the beginning of January, he underwent a heart catheterization, during which doctors determined that a heart bypass was necessary, so that procedure was added to his surgery on the 6th. Both Kim and Bill are now home and facing a long road to recovery, but they are doing well. I will share updates as I have them.
