Hi everyone! Woohoo - Shylah has arrived <3. We are thrilled and can’t wait to share her with you. Thank you in advance for the time and energy it takes to serve us and bring us nourishing food to help recover quickly. We appreciate you so much!


Special Notes

For meals - think nutrient dense, high protein and nourishing options for the best recovery. Roasts / brothy soups / casseroles / fresh fruits / bowls / etc. We also prefer organic meats + produce if that’s possible! Is restaurants are easier, I’ve saved you some time and added a few of our favorites that are clean options: True Food Kitchen / Brassica / NorthStar Cafe I am also gluten free and will likely be dairy free while breastfeeding (gluten is in anything that has regular flour in it)
