I will be having cervical disc replacement surgery July 8th. For the first 8 to 12 days i will not be able to lift more than 5 pounds or bend. Any support for the girls and Tim would be amazing as I will not be able to help.
I am only allowed soft foods for the first week as swallowing is restricted and difficult. Then I can eat foods that do not contain any mammal meat or by products. The girls and Tim can eat anything and have no restrictions. I am mostly worried about their needs.
