Meal train for Shockley Family

Story

Sunday January 4th i took Josh to the ER for sever pain under his ribs. Long story short he had Galstones & needed to get his Galbladder removed. Once he finally got back to a room they had to call a rapid response and put him on a ventilator in the ICU. The gallstone that showed in the scans had moved to the liver duct and we had no idea. Within hours he went into septic shock. He had a procedure to drain the infection in the Galbladder. He eventually needed to be transported to Fairview for to have another procedure to remove the stones from the liver ducts. When I got to the hospital he was already being prepared for surgery. Since then we were told he now has a blood infection, and was put on dialysis. It’s a waiting game. We arnt out of the woods yet. He has an extremely long road ahead. I can not put into words how blessed we are to have the support system we do. I really dont know how id be getting thru this nightmare without anyone of you Please continue to pray any chance you can. I will update as I can. I have hardly left his side, watching every monitor tirelessly & trying to understand what is going on and being said. Seriously thank you for all the love. My brother created a GoFundMe to help with the upcoming financial burdens he knows we are about to face. I left my job in the end of 2024 to become Joshs full time care giver. With him being in the hospital I am without income until we get home.
