Oh No! What happened? Mike ruptured his Achilles tendon playing basketball last week and he will be having surgery to repair it this Thursday., June 5th. He will be no weight-bearing on his leg/foot for two weeks following his surgery. Not having to meal plan and make dinner will take much stress off of both Michaela and Mike while he recovers. What types of food help us the family looking for? The family welcomes homemade food, food delivery from a restaurant, or gift cards to restaurants in the Savage area. Some local suggestions for gift cards or delivery that the family like are Copper Pint, Cane’s, and Chipotle. Unsure if the family would like a place you have in mind? Just text or call Mike or Michaela and they will give you the okay or a please try again. This is MN so they are really nice so at worst they will ask you to please try again. When should it be dropped off or delivered ? The family would appreciate food between 5:30pm-6:30pm. Please contact Mike or Michaela to let them know what time you plan on dropping off or having food delivered. If you are unable to drop off between 5:30pm- 6:30 pm and need to drop if off at a different time please please reach out to Mike or Michaela to figure out a good alternative that works for all. What does the family like to eat? Family Likes: most things, it is routine for our family to include a fruit and vegetable at most dinner meals.
