Urgent Medical Appeal for My Special Needs Daughter Good day to all. My beautiful 40-year-old daughter is a special needs lady who is currently fighting an incredibly brave battle for her life. Her cancer journey began on 26 June 2024, when she underwent surgery to remove part of her colon and was diagnosed with Stage 2 colon cancer. She bravely fought through 8 rounds of intravenous (drip) chemotherapy and 8 cycles of oral (tablet) chemotherapy. Tragically, in 2025, she was also diagnosed with high-grade ovarian cancer. She underwent a full hysterectomy and endured another 6 grueling rounds of chemotherapy. Now, in 2026, we have received the heartbreaking news that the cancer has spread, resulting in liver metastases and rectal cancer. She is currently back in the hospital undergoing a colonoscopy to do a biopsy to see the stage and grade of her recrum cancer and facing the possibility of two new major surgeries, followed by more chemotherapy and radiation. To become her full-time caregiver, I had to make the difficult decision to resign from my employment. I am a single Mom Because I cannot afford the petrol to drive back and forth, I sit at the government hospital for 7 hours every single day. This allows me to be there for both visiting sessions, as she struggles to cope mentally and emotionally if I am not by her side. The financial burden has become too heavy for me to carry alone. I am facing ongoing costs for essential medical supplies. Furthermore, the waiting periods for critical CT scans at the government hospital are dangerously long. To ensure she gets timely care, I must fund her upcoming scans privately, just as I had to do for her previous four I am reaching out to ask humbly for your help.
