Charity Devine, a dedicated teacher and cherished member of our Eastern High School family, and her husband, Dan, recently received the heartbreaking news that Dan has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. As they begin navigating treatments, appointments, and the many challenges ahead, their family's focus will be on spending precious time together and supporting one another through this journey. Charity and Dan are also the loving parents of three middle school-aged children, and during this difficult time, everyday tasks like preparing meals can become overwhelming. To help ease some of the burden, we are asking for donations of restaurant and meal delivery gift cards through this page. These gifts will provide the Devine family with convenient meals, allowing them to spend less time worrying about daily responsibilities and more time focusing on Dan's care, their children, and being together as a family.
