A family very close to my heart is facing an unimaginable loss. Someone they love deeply was taken from them suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind heartbreak, unanswered questions, and a family trying to navigate something no one should ever have to experience. The details of what happened are not mine to share. I’m sure that, when the time is right, the family will share their story in their own words. For now, I simply want to respect their privacy while doing what I can to surround them with love and support. When a loss like this happens, it can be difficult to think, function, eat, sleep, or even figure out what the next hour looks like. On top of the emotional pain, unexpected expenses and everyday responsibilities can create an additional burden during an already devastating time. I’m reaching out to our community because I truly believe that when people come together, even small acts of kindness can make a tremendous difference.
