Support Wayne McCullough's fight with cancer

Lakewood, CA

Story

This past month, Wayne had drastic weight loss and a persistent fever. He was admitted to the hospital for further workup and just like that our lives changed. Wayne has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. As a family we all have rallied behind our Dad and PaPa to show him he has a VERY large team on his side. While this diagnosis is devastating to the McCullough family, we know that he will beat this! Wayne's treatment has been planned out and we are blessed to have a wonderful Oncologist guiding the way. To help Wayne and Gail focus on this fight, we want to make sure they will not have to worry about day to day necessities. If you would like to offer support we hope you find this page easy to navigate. If you are unable to offer a meal listed within the calendar, please contribute a gift card for them to use later from the wish list. WE APPRECIATE YOU and we know Wayne's team is bigger than just the McCullough's... which is difficult to imagine. In lieu of sending flowers to the house, cards of encouragement are welcomed for both Wayne and Gail. You can leave a message of love and healing for them at the bottom of the page. Most of all we need your positive thoughts and prayers sent to Wayne. We truly believe in the power of prayer. We are so appreciative of any and all the support for our Dad. He is strong and determined to beat this and we know he can do it. He has a long battle ahead of him, (this is a marathon and not a sprint). He will get through this with our continued love and support. We will use this website to keep everyone up to date on how his treatment is progressing. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Love, The McCullough Zoo

Special Notes

With the current climate we are not allowing visitors, to keep everyone healthy. Our Dad is maybe the pickiest eater on the planet. We have put in suggestions for meals that both Wayne and Gail will enjoy. Don't think outside of the box... think what will a 5 year old eat :)
