We are reaching out for our dear friend Stephanie to rally support for her in her recent battle with breast cancer. We are part of her tribe of friends that have seen her bravely walk the journey of widowhood and being a solo parent. Now this difficult challenge has been placed on her path. Stephanie was diagnosed with breast cancer in April and since then, her life has been a whirlwind of doctors’ visits, biopsies, a surgery, tests and planning upcoming treatments and surgeries over the upcoming 6-9months. Her 2nd surgery is June 26th. However, her prognosis is very good and as she faces the marathon of the next year, her priority is not only her health, but her two daughters. There will be several time periods she will not be able to drive or work. However, her fight is not one to be faced alone. Stephanie is a nurturing mother, generous in nature and kind in spirit, and her number one concern is her girls. She has a beautiful faith and courage and is always the first to help when someone needs a hand. Her biggest wish is that the girls will have some fun with others, get out of the house and enjoy their summer despite this.
