Love for Gramma Jo

Fort Collins, CO

Story

Hi friends and family of Gramma Jo! Thank you for loving her and supporting her through this challenging time! We appreciate that so many people came to visit her in the hospital and hope that you will continue to do that when she gets home. We can tell it lift her spirit to have so many people who love her.  As you probably know, Gramma Jo is a strong woman and worked very diligently to get released from the rehab center at the hospital. While she still has a ways to go, she is going to transition from PVH rehab to home care on Monday, July 22nd. We are so proud of her for working so hard to be independent again. However, she is going to require 24/7 care for some time. For the first few weeks Jo will have her niece, Jackie, staying with her so I have opened up the schedule for a few meals.   Please stay tuned as we figure out what the future looks like and where Jo might need support from her wonderful friends! This website allows us to schedule meal requests, visit requests and other needs that she may have. I will do my best to keep it updated, but you may also email me at [email protected] or communicate through this site as well.

Special Notes

Jo has her niece, Jackie staying with her for the first 3 weeks after the hospital. She may need more assistance after Jackie leaves. Thank you again for helping take care of her!
