I am a Birth Doula who specializes in Perinatal Loss Support. After 5 years and over 60 families served, I am focusing on creating a comprehensive care plan for individuals experiencing any type of pregnancy or infant loss, including (but not limited to): 

- Miscarriage
- Stillbirth
- Termination
- Fatal Diagnosis

While I have a unique calling to be present and care for individuals during the birth process, this level of service goes for beyond simply being present in the labor and delivery room. Companioning through prenatal appointments, insurance policies, funeral/memorial planning, sibling preparation, photography, and postpartum care are all areas I help assist families with.  Some births may be shorter in the planning and postpartum care but longer in labor and delivery; sometimes the opposite is true. 

The approximate cost for each family is $1,795+ for Bereavement and Loss support, though each family is different and everyone's level of care fluctuates. My goal is for this to not be a luxury service but a standard of care for everyone. For that reason,  I have operated on a 'pay what/if you can' model but am hoping to incorporate more individuals in the future as to not burn out or limit the amount of care needed. 

I sincerely appreciate your consideration. I am not a 501(c)3 so unfortunately contributions are not tax deductible at this time.  The amount of $3,590 is to cover (2) future families.
