Dan & Shaena Schultz’s 7-year-old daughter, Sadie, recently received a devastating diagnosis of osteosarcoma in her left leg. Osteosarcoma is a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. It all started in Jan ‘24, when Sadie started complaining about pain in her leg. It seemed fair to assume she was experiencing “growing pains.”After being contacted by the school nurse (thankfully!), a series of X-Rays, an MRI, and a biopsy, the harsh reality of her condition was confirmed. This news has turned their world upside down. Sadie, a bundle of energy and joy, is facing a tough battle ahead. She loves nothing more than playing, being creative, and bossing the boys around with her infectious humor. She also loves Irish Step Dancing and soccer. While the road ahead is daunting, we are determined to rally around the Schultz family. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference.
