Felíz Cumpleaños, Happy birthday to our beautiful &amp; hermosa mamá Virginia! 🎉 This year, we’re celebrating more than just her birthday—we’re celebrating her strength, resilience, and progress in her fight against esophageal cancer.

Over the past 9 months, mom has faced immense challenges with chemo treatments, experiencing both triumphs and trials along the way. Praise God, her cancer has stopped growing, and some areas have even begun to shrink! While the side effects of treatment have made eating solid foods difficult, she’s now taking the brave steps toward returning to a regular diet.
