Meal Train for Whitney Mack

Seattle, WA

Story

FROM WHITNEY: Thank you so much for contributing to our meal train. This is going to be one of the most nourishing and supportive gifts that you could give. We are grateful for whatever you are offering, and to make it a little easier for you, here are a few suggestions. Thank you so much for your support during this special time. With great love & appreciation, xoxo. -W ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BRINGING FOOD: Midwives & traditions around the world suggest 7 days to 2 weeks first on the bed, then in the bed, then around the bed, so momma & baby will be lying in those first few weeks for optimal rest, nourishment, bonding & recovery. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During this time, the family would love to have short (20-30 min) visits. If you could help Whitney with that, it would be great. She will probably get excited and want to talk more, but she needs help remembering to prioritize rest. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ DROPPING FOOD OFF:  If you’d like to pop in for a visit, please coordinate drop-off with Whitney, otherwise there is a cooler outside where you can leave food. Their address is: 6317 44th Ave SW, 98136.     ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Please see “special notes” below for food suggestions. Thanks for your love in welcoming little Felix & supporting Whitney! ❤️ - Kenzie
