Allison plans to follow a nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory diet to support her body while she is undergoing treatment and healing her body. When choosing what to bring her please consider the following: - Organic when possible - Chicken, turkey, seafood and egg dishes (over red meat) - Plenty of colorful vegetables and salads - Fruit (berries are ideal) - Whole grains such as brown rice, quinoa - Black beans, lentils and other legumes - Gluten and dairy free or light (when possible) For some ideas, you might search for Mediterranean diet recipes.
