Hello Everyone: My name is Cynthia. I am Emily's sister and Patrick's sister-in-law. On Jan 30th, 2024, Emily began experiencing abdominal pain and was rushed to the hospital for an emergent C-section. On that terrifying night, she was found to have HELLP syndrome secondary to preeclampsia. After two hours of her admission, she was told she would have to deliver her baby at 27 weeks gestation. Emily was in the Surgical ICU and Logan, her beautiful baby boy, was admitted to the NICU. Although they are warriors, Emily & Logan have a long journey of recovery ahead of them. Therefore, I created this page for family and friends to help support the Hayden family in any way they can.
