Hi Family! Our wonderful friend suggested a meal train to help Brett and I not have to worry about preparing food and being able to nourish our bodies while spending our beautiful first days with our new baby. The way it works is you can reserve a day to drop off or send a meal to our home. We do ask you take a look at the special note first before deciding what to bring. It is totally voluntary and we aren't expecting anyone to contribute. We would be extremely appreciative of any help anyone is willing to contribute.
Special Notes
Please nothing spicy, and no pork or shellfish. First week after birth, soups with vegetables and plenty of fruit are preferred. Limit carbs and high protein foods are preferred also.
