February 29, 2024, heaven gained an angel and we truly lost one. Lottie Brandon, my mother, my dad's (Hayward Brandon) wife of 56 years, Donte Felder 's mother in law and Bayje's beloved Grandmommy passed away, unexpectedly right before her bedtime. This was truly a shock. Though she had been battling breast cancer, she was doing well. Had just finished her last chemo treatment and was looking eagerly towards surgery. I had just been texting with her 3 hours earlier. We don't know why she was taken so suddenly from us, but we know that the hole that she leaves behind will never be filled. We know many of you want to help and we are overwhelmed with the generosity. We do not know what all we need, but this is site is a great way for us to seek comfort, joy and even distraction in the days, months and years to come. Thank you in advance.
