Hi family! As you know, Carolyn has a number of procedures coming up. This page is primarily set up by our family to help schedule meals to be dropped off twice a week. This will lesson their load of shopping and cooking; giving them more time and energy to enjoy their week. Thanks so much for helping out if you have the time! They have given so much to our family; I'm so happy for the opportunity to give back to them. Please note: Rebekah lovingly spoke to them about this and received their blessing for us to move forward with it. ❤️ They will know to expect meals on Sundays and Thursdays; you text or call when you know what time you'll be dropping it off. (We started with 3 months and we'll go from there)
Special Notes
We encourage you to make healthy meals to help her body prepare itself for these procedures. You might consider avoiding grease, heavy butter/dairy, and she has mentioned in the past that onions and possibly garlic are good to avoid. As Bekah mentioned, a protein, veggies, and healthy fats are a great combo.
