As many of you know, Rachel's son died suddenly and we are supporting her by providing a few dinners for a bit. She has significant food restrictions so just make it as simple as possible (see special notes for details). Special Notes
Rachel has significant food restrictions; really just cooked or fresh fruits and vegetables with no seasonings will work for her. She is gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, no rice, no salt, no seasonings, and more, so just make it as simple as possible. She says she most often just eats 'plain boiled things', so her diet is quite limited. Please text her in advance of dropping anything off so she can be sure to be there.
